‘Where do I start, the day the car was picked up the driver was very polite and informative of the process and prompt.  I then received emails saying the car arrived at your garage and what was going to happen over the next few days (great touch).  Then got a call from you guys to say the car was ready and would be delivered the next morning.  I missed this call so got an email to say you had called ( this was great as it let me plan my next day as I was very well informed of what was happening).  On this day, the car arrived the job was well done, very professional and the driver again was very polite the job had a 5-year guarantee.  Finally, a great touch was the Christmas card and selection box on delivery of my car.
In a whole from start to finish it was a great service and very professional from all your staff.  The car came back earlier than expected and it looked great.
